Beginning 6 March 2023, council will survey residents from across the region to gauge their satisfaction with council’s services and facilities.
This biennial survey will be conducted via phone call by Brisbane-based independent market research consultant Enhance Research. Phone calls will begin 6 March and will continue until 400 results are received.
Survey participants are randomly selected, but will have a demographic spread across age, gender and location to ensure results are representative of the region.
Phone calls will generally occur between 4.00 pm and 8.00 pm on weekdays, as this is when the majority of people are home. If it is an inconvenient time for you, please just let the caller know and an appointment can be made for another time.
Central Highland residents can also participate in the survey online via Have Your Say beginning 6 March and will close 6 April.
