Community Satisfaction Survey

Beginning 7 March 2023, council surveyed residents from across the region to gauge their satisfaction with council’s services and facilities.

This biennial survey was conducted via phone call by Brisbane-based independent market research consultant Enhance Research. Phone calls began on 7 March and continued until 400 results were received.

Survey participants were randomly selected, but have a demographic spread across age, gender and location to ensure the results represented the region.

Phone calls occurred between 4.00 pm and 8.00 pm on weekdays, as this was when most people were home.
