Community Satisfaction Survey

Every two years, we survey residents from throughout the region to gauge their satisfaction with council’s services and facilities.

The 2020 survey was held in March 2021. Thank you to the 402 people that took time to answer the questions and provide valuable feedback to their council.

The survey took about 25 minutes to complete.

Participants were asked to rate their satisfaction with a selection of local government services and facilities.

Randomly selected people that reside in the Central Highlands local government area that represent the demographic spread across age, gender and location.

The phone survey was held from the 8 March 2021 to  1 April 2021.

Calls were made from 4.00 pm when the majority of people were at home.

The opportunity to participate was also made available on council’s Have you Say site.

Results from the survey will be added to other data to help council plan and improve services and facilities throughout the region.
