The Blackwater Interagency Network is a networking and information sharing group within the Blackwater community.  Bi monthly meetings are held for service providers within the Central Highlands to gather and exchange information. Administration support is provided by Central Highlands Regional Council to facilitate these meetings and distribute information via email to members.
