Upcoming councillor visits to Tresswell, Buckland, Arcadia Valley, Carnarvon Gorge, Rolleston, Orion and Toprain have been rescheduled to avoid a clash with Beef Week 2018.
Mayor Kerry Hayes said holding the consultations a few weeks later would give community members and councillors the opportunity to attend both events.
‘These consultations are a great chance for residents to meet with councillors, ask questions or raise concerns and receive updates on projects in their area.
‘We want to provide that opportunity to all residents in the Central Highlands.
‘Instead of 2-4 May, we will visit Tresswell and Buckland on 8 June, and Arcadia Valley, Carnarvon Gorge, Rolleston, Orion and Toprain on 3-4 July 2018.
‘For more information on councillor consultations please visit council’s website,’ said Cr Hayes.
