Please be advised that water will be temporarily shutdown in Duaringa this Thursday 14 March from 10.00 am to approximately 11.00 am.
The shutdown is due to valve maintenance being carried out at the Duaringa Water Treatment Plant.
Bottled water will be provided to residents free of charge at the Duaringa council office at 12 William Street, Duaringa.
Council advises residents to prepare by filling buckets of water to flush toilets during this time.
When water is restored, nearby properties may experience slight discolouration of the water; if you do, it is recommended that you run the water for a short period until it runs clear. If this persists, please contact council on 1300 242 686.
