Council manages a number of venues and open spaces which are available for hire for private and corporate functions. Before booking a venue, please view information about COVID Safe facilities and events.

To book any of these open spaces, please complete the online booking form. Alternatively, you can print the manual booking form and email the form to enquiries@chrc.qld.gov.au or and return to your nearest council office. If you would like hire a jumping castle from a third-party vendor, please refer to our jumping castle conditions of use document.
